We guarantee that our plants are healthy, true to type and free of disease and pest.
All plants are watered in thoroughly before being carefully packed for shipment.
Planting and care instructions accompany all orders.
Due to the nature of dealing with live plants, we do not offer refunds.
Any damage that may occur after the plants are in the customer's possession is beyond our control.
Ex. ( Not planted or watered properly, Any act of nature...damage from weather or animal)
The only exception to this is if you receive damaged goods upon arrival.
If your plants are broken or damaged upon arrival, please do the following:
(1) Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your plants via phone 912-347-6284 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
(2) Send photos of packaging and plants via picture text or email. We will need this to submit to UPS to file a claim.
Please note that damaged leaves are not covered. It is normal for leaves to sometimes break or tear during shipment. This is merely a cosmetic issue. If this occurs, just trim off the damaged leaf/leaves.
