How Long will it take to receive the plants once I order?
Orders are shipped on Mondays via UPS Ground. Your order will be shipped within 7 to 14 days after order is placed. (..unless customer requests a later date. (ex) place order in January but does not want plants shipped until March)
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on purchases of 20 or more trees. For purchases of fewer than 20 items, UPS calculates shipping cost based on the number of packages, weight and delivery location.
Do you ship anywhere in the U.S.?
Due to agricultural and/or shipping restrictions, we do not ship to the following states: AZ, CA, NV, HI, ID, MT, OR, UT, WA
Do you have a warranty or guarantee policy?
We guarantee that our plants are healthy, true to type and free of disease and pests. All plants are watered in thoroughly before being carefully packed for shipment. Planting and care instructions accompany all orders. We do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the plants are in the customer's possession. (Ex. Not planted or watered properly, or any act of nature (such as damage from weather or animals).
The only exception is if you receive damaged goods upon arrival. If your plants arrive broken or damaged, please do the following:
(1) Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your plants via phone at 912-347-6284 or email us at [email protected]
(2) Text or email photos of the packaging and plants. We need this to submit the claim with UPS.
*Please note that damaged leaves/foliage are not covered. It is normal for leaves or foliage to sometimes tear or break during shipment. This is merely a cosmetic issue. If this occurs, just trim off the damaged leaf or foliage.
How will I receive my plants?
All of our trees and plants are container-grown and shipped in their original pots. This ensures the root system remains protected and undisturbed during transit.
Before leaving our nursery, we thoroughly water each plant, carefully hand-pack it, and ship it to you via UPS Ground.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping notification at the email address provided at the time of purchase. This email includes your UPS tracking information so you can track its status. (If you don't see your email, please check your spam or junk folder.)
What are the planting instructions?
Your detailed planting instructions and packing slip are conveniently located in a clear pouch affixed to the outside of your package. You can also find general planting instructions on our Planting Instructions page.
What if I’m not ready to plant now?
No problem! If you'd like to delay your shipment, please specify your preferred delivery week or month in the comments section at checkout.
